In one situation I decided the computer wasn't worth fixing and they offered my a very fair price to buy the computer from me for parts. In another situation I needed a new screen, the estimate was about $170, but the first screen they put on didn't work (they knew this before they called to tell me it was finished) so they ordered a second screen. The second screen ended up having a blemish in it so they ordered a THIRD screen, but offered me the screen with a blemish with a huge discount if I could live with it. I ended up paying only $70 and I now have a fully functioning laptop with a tiny fingernail sized blemish that can hardly be noticed. I HIGHLY recommend Technology Solutions

I've been to this business several times with different problems on different computers. They have always been very up front and honest about prices and time frames. They staff is very friendly and helpful. When they were working on my laptop they even e-mailed me a document I needed off of it.
