We have been taking our pets here for years and we feel they always give the best care to out cats. We love Dr. MacAvoy and all of the staff there. We just recently lost our oldest cat due to his Kidney disease. Dr. MacAvoy treated him for several years with kindest care, we could have ever wanted. His last day we were treated with the utmost care and most importantly so was "Otis". Thank You one and all
Saying goodbye to our Sophie was a very difficult task but it was made easier with support. The staff at MTVC provided a loving and calm environment for her and us during those last few moments. It was not rushed through and they made certain to explain the steps and give reassurance. Dr. McEvoy is always wonderful and she excels in what must be a difficult moment for her as well.
Definitely the best vet in our area! I've used them with multiple pets over the last 6 years. They are always prompt at responding to concerns and are always willing to get my dog right in to see someone if there's a concern.
We brought our baby Toby in to Moosehead Trail for an emergency visit with bad stomach ache… Being from out of state and having to Pick a Vet from Google is very nerve racking.. I was so RELIEVED to find Dr. McEvoy and her Staff so Amazing and Compassionate! We are back for another season in Maine and we have returned to Moosehead Trail for just a routine visit with shots.
