The phone skills and customer service needs some attention. The person on the phone sounded put out I was calling, all I wanted was an appointment!
Horrible place. A fight to get them to do anything, staff is a joke, doctors are barely there.
Worst office in the world. If the doctor isn't there holding the secretary's hand, nothing gets done right. They constantly screw up your files, and when you bring it to their attention they get ignorant and make it your fault and find a way to discredit you. In my case, they put in my file that I was a drug addict without any type of drug test. I was labeled before they even knew me. They are my first doctor ever so how did they come up with that Without a drug test or any prior medications? I would not ever in my life tell anyone to go to this doctors office. And it's not just the Newport location. It's all of there offices. I'm now in the process of getting a lawyer to take them to court.
