Lots of spices and other items were outdated. Some unique items.
It is a neat little store. They have all of the organic items and a selection of jewelry. It has a nice feel to the place, kind of old home feel. I often go in there just to look around. I like that they carry local Maine items and my kids love going in there in the summer for Honey Stix and Ice Cold Maine Root beer. My 2 complaints are: 1. the price. Things in there are NOT cheap. 2. There is almost NOTHING in there that is gluten free. Organic, yes. Gluten free, no. I expected a health food store to carry gluten free items. Over all it is a decent little store
