A good value. Standard room is small, not modern or luxurious, but clean, cozy, and comfortable. Not the place for a honeymoon or to bring in a load from the van and keep it inside, and not the place for a base camp; but for one night stop-overs and waking up refreshed it's perfectly efficient and suitable. We would return.
The suites have a separate bedroom with queen sized bed (maybe a double, but I think it was a queen), a closet and hallway leading out to the livingroom, a kitchenette with 2 electric burners and a fridge, and a nice bathroom.
While you're there, don't forget to go across the street to the Sail In Corner Cafe'. Great home-cooked meals for a decent price.
Stayed here while on my "epic bike trip 2010". 2000+ miles through the beautiful North East.
The price is reasonable but the beds are uncomfortable.
Great little place to stay when you're traveling
I arrived without reservations, but it's still early in the season. I'd highly recommend calling ahead... they sell out fast!
Management was extremely nice and pleasant. Rooms are very well kept, I think that this is one of the coolest places I've ever stayed at. Price is great for what you get, I dont know any other motels that provide you with a couch, a dish sink, stovetop burners, tv, microwave, and separate bedroom for such a great fair price. Definitely staying here next time I'm in town.
