We purchased a double recliner loveseat. Within a couple of weeks we had problems. Joe looked at it once..it did not fix the problem. When 2nd complaint was made Joe did not return my call....when I called the 3rd time he stated it appeared we had a "comfort" issue not a defect issue. Nothing he could do or would do. Purchase was made on 8/8/17. We will never buy from this place again! We will be calling BEST furniture directly!
