Oil Change / Tire Rotation / Alignment: Muffler King was unable to complete the tire rotation due to them not finding the "key lock" and tried calling my cell phone. However, my cell phone battery died and I was unable to contact them back. However, when I arrived, they'd said they looked everywhere in the trunk. They didn't. They said they looked where the spare is located and couldn't find it. Lie. They didn't even look in my trunk because the "key lock" was sitting right out in the open when I looked for it this morning with a Town Fair tire employee. To charge me for an alignment for tires that are not even inspectable is pure ignorant. I didn't know they were not inspectable, but knew I wanted to swap them out to the back and THEN and ONLY then would I want to pay for an alignment. To charge somebody for an alignment for tires that are not even inspectable is ignorant and pointless, but I paid for it anyway. I'll never go here again and wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The guy at the counter did not act concerned at all when I told them I wouldn't have authorized this if I knew that's what they were going to do. Charging me for an alignment when I would NEVER have got one for old tires that needed to be replaced (as he said) which is true, but why do the alignment then and charge me? To get money... period. The alignment shouldn't have been done without talking to me first considering they were unable to do the rotation! Make absolutely ZERO sense.
