I continue to read positive reviews that the manager's friends leave some friends leaving multiple times just to boost ratings this is my one and only review. Lisa is a very rude person and lacks any management skills whatsoever,she could if she wanted to make up for this by excelling in other areas such as cleanliness or professional behavior but she does not the bathrooms are horrible i have dated detailed pictures to back up what I am saying. Also she in a drunken fit came to my camper swearing and screaming at 11:30 at night after the band left and told us to get the f#%@ out for something a visitor that came for the band did had nothing to do with us. Basically she has lied steadily and let's her friends do whatever they want even when her friends get arrested by the police in the campground still no issue . In the people will do what they i just wrote this to let her know this mistreatment and disrespectful attitude is not ok Lisa
I spent a great summer meeting good people and having good times. Not a five because nothing is ever perfect. Lisa , well done.
This is the best campground I have been to. This was my second year here and I will be back next year. Management has always been courteous, friendly and accommodating. All you need to do is follow the campground rules and there will be no issue. The rules here are no different than other similar campgrounds. This location has been here for just a few years and they work hard on improvements all the time to make this the place for anyone and everyone whether you enjoy trail riding, swimming, boating, etc. We had an awesome season and even though it is not quite over yet I can't wait for next year!!
Had a nice time relaxing with friends and family. Owner allowed us to use the pavilion for a lobster feed. Very accommodating! The access to the atv trails is excellent even if you don't have a recreation vehicle to enjoy. Great walking paths and views of the lake. Thanks for a great time!
We have camped at moosehead trail for two years. We have had the greatest time there. Everyone is friendly and the manager Lisa will go out of her way to help you. They have things to do for the children and a couple times a month the have either a DJ or a band for us. They have some rules they would like you to follow like go 5 miles in the campground in which we are happy for cause our grandchildren like running around...They have a very nice pool. I recommend it to everyone to come out and try it you won't be disappointed.
